Kevyempi viikko. Viikkorakenne vaihtuu niin, että tiistaille siirtyy rinnalleveto ja työntö. Tempaus siirtyy taas perjantaille. Kyykyissä siirrytään pikkuhiljaa lyhyempiä sarjoja kohti ja kyykkypäivä siirtyy lauantaiaamulle.
